Returns

How long do I have?
Thirty days from delivery for a refund. Forty-five for a size exchange.

Do I pay for the return?
No. We send a pre-paid label. Shipping is free in both directions.

Do I get my money back, or store credit?
Your money back, to the card you paid with. The one exception is a piece bought at more than 15% off, which comes back as store credit.

Can I return something I've worn?
Send pieces back with the tags on where you can. If you've already worn or washed it and it still isn't right, write to us anyway. We read every one.

Do I have to send back the scrunchie or the eye mask?
No. It's yours to keep.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Nothing, anywhere in the US. Orders leave our Orlando warehouse within two business days.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment.

The cloth

What is it made from?
Long-staple cotton, woven tightly. The tight weave is why it softens with washing instead of pilling. Some of our pieces are several years old now and they're the softest things we own.

How do I wash it?
Cold water, gentle cycle, dry in the shade. Iron warm if you like a crisp look — most people stop bothering after a while.

Will it shrink?
It is not pre-washed, so it settles a little in the first wash — about three percent. We cut the patterns with that already allowed for, so your size stays your size.

Sizing

What sizes do you make?
XS to XL. Measurements are on every product page.

What if I'm between sizes?
Email us your measurements and we'll tell you honestly which one to take. If we get it wrong, the exchange is free and you have forty-five days.
