Returns & Refunds

Thirty days to decide. We pay the shipping both ways.

The short version

If a piece doesn't earn its place, send it back within thirty days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, to the card you paid with. We email you a pre-paid label. There is nothing to pay, either direction.

Write to us if something isn't right. We read every one.

How to start a return

Email hello@meandlia.com with your order number.
We send you a pre-paid return label, usually the same day.
Put your name and order number in the box, and post it.
Once it reaches our Orlando warehouse, your refund is processed within five business days. Your bank may take a few days more.

Exchanges

If it's the size rather than the piece, we give you longer — forty-five days for an exchange. Same free label, both ways. Tell us the size you'd like and we'll hold it for you while yours is in the post.

Condition

Please send pieces back in the condition they arrived, with the tags on. Our cotton isn't pre-washed, so it's worth trying a piece on before it goes in the machine.

That said, we would rather hear from you than have you keep something you don't wear. If a piece has been worn or washed and it still isn't right, email us anyway and we'll work it out.

A few things we can't take back

Pieces bought at more than 15% off. These are refunded as store credit rather than to your card. The credit never expires.
Final sale pieces, where the product page says so.
Gifts that came with your order. The scrunchie or eye mask is yours to keep — there's no need to send it back and no charge if you don't.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you'd rather. No label, no posting, no thirty-day clock.

Gifts

If a piece was a gift, the thirty days run from the day it was delivered, and we can issue store credit in the recipient's name so the buyer never sees it.
